Herman has an over 50 year career in Latin Music. As a songwriter/publisher he has had his songs on Grammy nominated and RIAA Latin Gold and Platinum releases. He's worked as a songwriter with Charles Fox, Ray Barretto, Larry Harlow, Alan Rubin, Gil Goldstein, Georg Wadenius, Harvey Averne, Arrow, Calvin Clash. 

He's held various creative, managerial, and executive positions with Billboard, SGAE (Spain's PRO), SoundExchange, RMM Records/Universal, Asefra Records (Colombia), Navarro Music (Mexico), and his own companies Nuevo Mundo Entertainment (founded with famed entertainment attorney Michael Tannen, Producer Phil Ramone, and Producer/Musician Johnny Pacheco. Later the Nuevo Mundo assets were folded into his present company, Fonico, LLC. 

We represent the Music Publishing, Catalog Management & Administration, Royalty Forensics and Examination, and Artist Services for iconic Latin music artists and/or their heirs.
